All products are carefully inspected and packed before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Cancellation requests made after 24 hours will NOT be accepted.
- Once the order is processed, customized, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
